KT Safaris Cancellation Policy

At KT Safaris, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our service providers.

Cancellation by the Guest

- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
- The effective date of cancellation is the date on which KT Safaris receives the written request.

30 days or more before departure:
Full refund, less any bank charges, payment processing fees, and any non-refundable supplier costs.
15–29 days before departure:
50% refund of the tour cost, less any non-refundable supplier charges.
Less than 15 days before departure:
No refund will be provided, as accommodation, transport, park fees, and other services will have been confirmed and paid for.
No-Show Policy:
If a guest fails to arrive for the scheduled tour, transfer, or accommodation and does not notify KT Safaris within 48 hours of the scheduled departure or check-in time, the booking will be considered a no-show.
In such cases, all unused services will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

Requests to amend travel dates or itineraries are subject to availability and may incur additional charges imposed by hotels, airlines, parks, or other suppliers.

In the unlikely event that KT Safaris must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, guests will be offered either:
An alternative tour of comparable value, orA refund of the amount paid for services not already provided or committed to third-party suppliers.
KT Safaris is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by guests, including but not limited to visa fees, travel insurance, flights, or other personal travel arrangements

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, personal accidents, baggage loss, and other unforeseen travel disruptions.
